Am I eligible for a trade discount?+
If you’re an interior designer, architect, professional stager or design professional, then yes.
How do you verify my eligibility?+
We’ll ask you to send us a copy of one of the following:
1. Valid membership in a major design organization (e.g., ASID, AIA)
2. Interior design certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
3. Valid business license or EIN confirmation
4. Seller’s permit or resale certificate
How does my discount get applied?+
You’ll receive a discount code that you can apply at checkout for all purchases made through our online store.
Do I have to pay sales tax?+
If you hold a valid seller’s permit or resale certificate, we're happy to waive sales tax.
Is special shipping available?+
If you have unique shipping requirements, shoot us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I pay for my order?+
We accept credit cards, wire transfers or company checks. If you want to pay by company check, we can provide you with an invoice. Please allow additional processing time for orders that are paid by check.
Can I pay with my client’s credit card?+
Sure. If you pass on your discount to clients, you can pay with their credit cards. As a registered member of our Trade program, you will have to place the orders.
